This program trains individuals in the core competencies of coaching so they can bring a coach approach within the ways that they lead others.

 

How

This is a live training that is delivered over a 1 day, 2 half-days, or 3 half-days format. Video conferencing utilizing the Zoom platform is also available as an option for delivery. Attendees learn practical skills to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, learn to acknowledge effectively, and so much more.
