About the Author
Sheeba Varghese is a strategic partner for your organization’s talent development solutions. As a recipient of the Top Leadership Trainer Award and a Mentor to Professional Coaches, Sheeba leverages two decades of experience in her support of leaders and teams to elevate their leadership and achieve faster results through greater levels of confidence, clarity and ease. Sheeba has partnered with clients across the globe and within a broad range of industries such as law, technology, health care and financial services to name a few.
Sheeba is a Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Mentor Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Maryland at College Park.
She is one of the Trainers of the Coach Training programs offered by Coaching Out of the Box, and continues to provide Mentor Coaching for coaches looking to become credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, she brings her love of leadership training in the work she contributes to Hone, a virtual learning platform that provides modern leadership training. She received her Coaching certifications through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Sherpa Executive Coaching, InviteChange and the Life Purpose Institute (LPI). She has been a member of the Forbes Coaches Council since 2018, and was the recipient of the Top Leadership Trainer of the year with the International Association of Top Professional’s award for 2020.
Sheeba’s services include speaking engagements, 1:1 Executive and Leader Coaching, 360 Assessments, Leadership Development Workshops and Trainings.
She is married to her loving, patient and supportive husband, Santosh and together they have two sons, Samuel and Steven. When she is not training or coaching, she enjoys traveling, supporting families in their growth, experiencing fine dining or simply watching a great movie.
